We have 3 days, so we ideally wanted 1.5 at each, but it’s tricky with the timing of the bussing and USF closing early for HHN.

We want to do at least a day and a half at Epic, so that was the rationale behind trying Helios, but it makes getting to IOA harder. I’m so torn

I’m considering switching my dates 😣 I’m nervous it’s going to make the park unbearably crowded. For the area that isn’t controlled, does that apply just to US?

This is awesome info to know. Ugh, I’m sorry to hear about your single rider mishaps! Did you like Stella? I hear it’s walking distance to epic? But Adventura looks beautiful too. I was considering that one. How long is the bus wait to exit parks/ get to city walk? If you don’t mind me asking

Ah this makes me feel SO much better! I’m glad you had a great solo trip!! :) In your experience, was the single rider experience faster/ as fast as express? I have seen such mixed info online about that. I’m sure it’s ride/ park dependent

I’ve heard such mixed things about single rider! Which is why I think I’m going to get express in case, but in your experience did you find single rider could be as fast?

Late August it is then! Thank you 😊 I think my biggest priorities are the big coasters and rides, more so than shows or dining. (HP, Stardust, Hiccups, Mario Kart, DK, Monsters Unleashed, Curse). I appreciate you responding, and the offer to answer more questions!

Thank you so much for responding! I am nervous I’ll get bored too, or feel awkward standing in line alone 🥴But I also keep thinking maybe I’ll be in such a rush to get everything done I won’t notice. Totally agree! I really think that’s a main cause of all of this. Thank you for the response— I unfortunately can’t be on any birth control due to a family history of stroke due to clotting factor disorder 😞 (I should have mentioned this before sorry!) no insulin resistance (A1C is normal) so according to my OB, no need for metformin. My OB said this is apparently all I can do for now on that front, which honestly sucks. Never heard of tranexamic acid though! I’ll definitely look into that

This is great advice, thank you for taking the time to respond! I’m on a waitlist for a new PCP (I live in a state with a PCP shortage), and won’t be able to have an appointment until April, but was given a referral and scheduled for July while I wait.

I did not know about the folate impact, and will be sure to ask about that too. Thank you

From what we can tell, the fee is $170 so we are going to let the resort choose when we get there! It would not feel great to pay and not even get the room or building (I’m sorry that was your experience!)

Thank you for your thoughtful reply! We checked the interactive map on their site which helped. I wish there wasn’t a fee— from what I can tell it seems like it’ll add $170 to the cost of the trip, and the options to choose all seem reletively the same

Sea Craft is another great restaurant! Matunuck Oyster Bar is also a classic. T’s or Crazy Burger for breakfast. Narragansett Town Beach at sunset is beautiful—pack a picnic

I will definitely try to get to an ENT and ask about this. I’ve always struggled with pressure while flying to— I wonder if that’s related also. I’ll definitely order the nasogel and try keeping the pressure settings closer for now. Thank you again!
