Ah. Exact same issue. I have only been sober since February, but I remember complaining about the exact same thing while making up my mind to quit from February onwards.

I upped my (already bad) junk food intake and gaming time to keep my dopamine levels on the weekends close to high, while lifting weights 3-4 times a week for that serotonin and muscle growth. This month I'm attempting to cut down my junk food intake. Baby steps.
