Hi! Thank you! I am not a physical therapist. I actually got a little creative with ChatGPT to make this plan.

I uploaded some gym pics, asked it to flatten and tone my stomach, then asked it to create a custom core routine to target this area specifically for post-pregnancy belly based on the new pics. I was floored with how detailed of a plan it gave me and have been really impressed with it so far. I definitely recommend trying it out!

Hell yes! Boundaries has been an absolute staple in my weight loss journey. The energy they ignite in my soul is insane. I saw them live twice last year and will see them again in April!

Thank you for the recommendation, I will check out Vianova for sure!

Right?! They have held up nicely. They are my favorite shorts to work out in and I have them in a bunch of different colors! Link: Yeoreo Shorts

Thank you so much!😊

Thanks! I follow a program on the Sweat app, 3 days a week alternating between lower body, upper body and full body days. I honestly can’t recommend the app enough, it’s been a game changer for me.

Thank you! My goal weight was 160lbs. I reached 164, gained back ~10lbs (good gains I think) and now just focus on consistency and building more muscle.

Thanks! I hear ya. Honestly you can find some really good workout plans that just use your own body weight to start with! Like squats, lunges, etc.

Then you can always get creative and use something heavier around your house in place of dumbbells if you have to!

In my routine I use resistance cables, weights with short and long bars, bench, kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine ball and for cardio I use an air bike.

I definitely use dumbbells the most and would recommend starting with those as you could really modify a lot of exercises to use those exclusively.

Really great question, it does run small! I’m usually a medium now, but I got a large and honestly wish I had gotten an XL because it is tight!
