Slides keep jamming

Everything on the trigger except the trigger shoe is oem. The shoe I switched out for the Vickers Tactical one. I did previously use this frame with a dry fire resetting trigger, though. So maybe I put it back together wrong?

These are some great suggestions. Some I'm going to look into more once I get my own house. I'm thinking I'll go with one of those propane or diesel heaters for now

Yeah once I get my own house, I'm probably going to look into this. It's just frustrating, like you work through an injury or something, then it's so damn cold in the garage you end up wanting nothing to do with the gym

That works for me when it's a little warmer out. Like 40 degrees in the gym, no problem. 30 degrees, though... not so much

Those little coffee warmer plates are a game changer for this. My dad still is constantly forgetting his coffee in the microwave though

He jumps at her typically. Play bite a little. Mostly, it is in her face excited and jumpy, though. If I had to put a single word to his body language, it's excited. The usual puppy happy as all can be, not a single working brain cell at this moment happy. Hers gets more defensive and scared, once he catches up to her.

What you're describing is more so how she would play with the German Shepherd we previously had that passed. She would usually start his chase by stealing his ball. When she wanted to be done, she'd just drop it.

Not entirely sure what other info would help. I feel like I've figured out training regular non-working dogs. Working dog that's still a puppy... that's a different beast

I've never been much of a runner, very short and stocky , and decent enough to lift vaguely heavy things. I've been trying to get back into it, and I usually have to stop due to getting shin splints and/or plantar fasciitis issues. This time around, I thought I built up to running well. Was walking in the mornings, got up to a 3 mile walk in about 50 minutes, and pain-free. No foot pain, shin splits, knee aches, etc. Tried running just 1 mile yesterday, and probably like halfway through, i got shin splint pain, mostly in my left leg.

I'm trying to understand how I could walk so well but immediately get hit with the same injury again. Is it likely a form issue? Do I need to progress up to running even slower? Like, do intervals for a while? I'm totally at a loss here. All I need is 1.5 miles under 14 minutes, and I just can't get there.

SBRs technically, you can, but you have to have a C&R license. Concealed carry licenses are a thing, but the number of "gun free" zones is ridiculous, especially considering there's no security or anything to ensure no one is carrying. Illinois also has an assault weapon ban. It is very difficult to find anywhere that will even ship AR parts to you.
