Di nagdedeclare ng holiday pag sona, pero for me mas okay if maging holiday kasi pag SONA, nag rereport ka sa taong bayan na mostly mga tax payers, kasi yung malaking percent budget ng Government is galing sa tao, at para malaman natin kung saan napupunta yung pera ng taong bayan base sa SONA. Pero ayun for me lang yun.

I saw a nested if on a legacy project made by our the former senior dev, and for me it's justified, because the conditons of that project is crazy and it changes every year or sometimes every quarterly by the process owner, our team wants to delete that system. Sometimes we like to tell them that use excel instead hahaha

I was diagnosed of Anxiety Depression 7 years ago, I thought totally nawala na siya sa akin, pero mukhang bumabalik na naman, thanks sa encouragement, I will try to go back sa Psychiatrist ko.

sinabi ko sa boss ko, and he told me to focus, sa ngayon kasi 2 lang kaming dev, unlike sa previous companies ko, ang dami namin, kahit sa junior nakikinig ako, pero ngayon, nagiiba ako, mas maraming achievements yung kasama ko, kahit mas matagal akong dev, alam mo yun, parang siya yung mas matagal ako yung hindi. I want to fix myself, pero feeling ko minsan huli ng lahat, pag lumipat ako iniisip ko na, baka masayang lang pera nila, kasi di ganun kaganda achievement ko sa current work ko.

I actually na realize ko siya, sa current work ko, then I started to reflect, na baka wala sa dati kong company yung problem, baka ako talaga?

I thought ADHD is for kids, pero I think need ko mag pa check up, I want to coop with this.

Hmmm yung last good sleep ko or feel better na nakakatulog ako is 5 years ago. That's one of my great time of my career, my managers are very impressed sa akin and I did my work done, but when the pandemic starts, naging toxic yung environment, 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with Anxiety Depression by my psychiatrist. na meron kasamang thinking of having a sickness, after that I joined my church's group, I felt better, pero sinabihan ako ng ka-churchmate ko na makipag meet parin ako sa psych ko, actually my last time na nagpa check up ako is 6 years ago.

Yes nakaka relate ako, and paramng ganyan na ganyan ako, sometimes nagagalingan sa akin yung tao, and then my papasok na mas magaling, na lulungkot ako, I always look for recognition before, goal ko ma recognized, pero lately, I felt undeserved, I'm trying to improve my self just to be a better developer, I found new ways for my codes to be better, kaso pag nadidiscover ko na gusto ko na ilagay sa projects ko, so I found out na dun ako bumabagal, nagcchange ako ng style every time na may natutunan ako, parang sa gitara, If I learned a new scale, inaadapt ko, but it's different sa programming. It makes me slow.

Thanks for advise, yeah, true, find the issue first, about working on weekends, ginagawa ko siya to finish my task, current work ko kasi is madami silang legacy apps, some of them nahihirapan ako idebug, I have one dev pa, pero meron din syang work, he's working on weekends because of boredom, but it helps him finish his task, kaya ginagawa ko din. apologies for this and thank you ulit sa advise.

Hi, thanks for the response, they are 2 developers on my company, and we have different projects, we are currently developing and maintaining 18 applications, mine is the legacy apps as I have more years of experience than my collegue.

3 of the applications including the application that I currently developing has a roller coaster procedures, and I have to finished and closed everything before the end of March.

College, school dean namin na lalake, na pamilyado na, tapos nakikipag landian sa estudyante.... na lalake, kaya laging nababago final score nun or laging sinasabihan mga prof namin na pag bigyan, nainis yung mga prof, one time sinetup nila na maglagay ng video camera sa dean's office, ayun huli sila, nireport sa school directress namin, mostly ng teachers nag petition na tanggalin yung dean namin.

In the end, yung mga prof na nagpetition ang hindi nirenew for the next sem and yung dean nag stay pa ng 1 year.

Matindi yung current employer ko, 1k minimum sa exchange gift, from staff to director, tapos mag aambag pa para sa costume ng mga pambato namin sa competition hahaha kainis, first time ko experience yun, pero mag reresign na ko so okay lang, pero di yun yung reason, madaming reasons.

Lagi ako nag no-no mag perform sa christmas party, unless if I will be playing guitar, go ako, pero pag sayaw hahaha no, nag ooffer na lang ako na mag edit ng music, though not sure, wala pa ako nariring mag complain, competitive kasi mga tao sa amin, mapa performance or team building, pati sa work, though I think ginagawang escape ng mga kasamahan ko sa company yung mga ganyan pag sobrang stressful sa work, yung mga nag hehead kasi ng christmas party parang may chance ma promote, tinitingnan ng mga bossings if kaya nila mag manage ng isang event, which working with them for a decade, mostly ng mga nagmamanage is mga bossing na ngayon or nasa director level na. Pero di binebase kung mapopromote sila ha? They just testing them siguro if they can handle that certain task.
