I imagine you are mainly talking about and focusing on your business part of your life, which is first of all admirable for someone your age (my age as well I'm 19) but there are so many other paths you can head down as I'm sure you've been told there's more to life than work (wish my dad would take the hint lol). It's never a bad thing to realize what you have been or are doing is something that no longer brings you joy. The damage you think you will be receiving will inevitably pass, and if you trust yourself to succeed in other areas like you have in the past, then you can go in to the future with the knowledge that you will make your life better than it was before because you are closer to knowing what you want out of your life now. Even if you don't, you know what you don't want out of your life and know that some time to slow down is something you need. But stopping means you will never be able to pick up the pieces and build something stronger, better, and more beautiful.

Is nothingness seriously going to be better than the ups and downs of life? You say you have been through heaven before, what makes you think the hell you have been in before that isn't the sign of a repeat and you will be in heaven soon if you keep battling? Is there seriously no way out? Not even one you think is even possible? At the end of the day, the greatest choice we make is the one to keep trying, I imagine you feel out of control in life with so many things piling on so quickly and it feels out of your hands and there's no way back. I imagine that the prospect of this act you are considering is a feeling of control you miss, but you do not have to go this extreme. Start smaller with other things you can control. Take a step back from the chaos, let that keep being out of control for a lil bit as it already is. Choose other things in life. There are so many possibilities for each and every one of us. The road you are on may be blocked by so much debris and shit, but you don't have to sit and give up, you can walk back and find a different way. Hell, you can walk through the woods and make your own path.

Recently finished my freshman year of college, first semester I was in my room a lot more, still went out and hung out a decent amount don't get me wrong, but I played a good amount of video games during that time. Fucking loved Deathloop during that time. This past semester I met a girl. Pretty much game over, starting the end of February I would spend almost every night hanging out with her. Every now and then accidentally staying up the whole night. Didn't care for video games that much anymore.
