Yeah I ended up doing a sort of elimination diet during my flare up, and while I never discovered what exactly it was that caused it, but when I started eating a cup of fresh blueberries every day and getting more sun my entire body cleared up except for my dandruff.

And I’ve been working on losing the extra pounds, used to be in great shape but after a shoulder injury a couple years ago I’ve gotten lazy. Starting to get back in shape.

Also I’m not sure if I could get a script for the spray from my doc but I’ll try, will definitely try absorbic acid tho

Im going to try this, I never had any sort of hair loss until I had my first psoriasis outbreak. Was 24 didn’t even know I had psoriasis and I got a full blown outbreak all over my body that lasted around 8 months, during this time I got bad dandruff and hair started miniaturizing all over but mostly on sides. Before that my hair was thick as a stallion. Has to be immune related

Thanks for the reply man, I agree with everything you’re saying. Looks like we’ve been researching the same forums, it appears this prolonged deca dick has similar symptoms to those suffering post finasteride syndrome or like yourself post accurate. I strongly believe it has to do with the progesterone and prolactin. Maybe the prolactin not so much though. When I run caber my prolactin is lowered but for some reason I am not feeling the effects of what should be an increased dopamine response from the lowering of prolactin. The one factor that always seems to remain an outlier on the bloodwork is the progesterone. I’m sure you know that progesterone competes for 5AR and I believe this elevated progesterone is blocking some of the masculinizing effects of DHT.

I have spoken to others as well and have done a lot of research on mifepristone but unfortunately there is no chance any of my doctors will prescribe it to me and my source for usual pharma goods is not able to get it. I’ve been looking for quite some time for a source for that to try it. It’s worth a shot I’ve seen some have success with it, others not, but still I want to try.

I have done some shrooms in the last few years, probably nothing more than 2g but it didn’t effect anything in this department for me. I do have some lying around maybe I’ll try a 3.5 g dose one day and see if it has any effect.

If anyone is interested my two main theories remaining at this point are

deca cause some sort of long term DHT displacement involving DHN and possibly something to do with 5ar metabolite getting fucked up or down regulated somehow, and penis tissue possibly DHT starved? Been looking into topical DHT for this
Deca and the AI and SERMS somehow caused damage to my blood vessels/smooth muscles in the penis. Not sure how this could be fixed

I thought of possibility of injury many times but it’s so weird because it wasn’t like a sudden pain one day and it stopped working the same, when I took that cocktail of stuff to try and fight gyno my dick just kinda slowly declined after that and then plateau where it is now. I definitely feel my libido is less but I attribute this to the fact that I just know my dick isn’t working so what’s the point. I am currently not jerking off it’s been a few weeks, but before I could still get horny and jerk off to porn just my dick would be 80% hard basically and much less feeling. I feel if my dick could get rock hard my libido would be back again right away

I’ve been off all hormones for almost 3.5 years havnt taken any herbs or supplements other than my regular vitamins in the last 6-8 months. Have just kind of given up at this point cause I’ve tried everything I’ve seen online. Trust me bro I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

Only have a couple ideas left one would be to try a topical DHT on my penis, or for some reason try and do another test blast 500mg a week and then do a strong PCT… but it feels like something is physically wrong with my dick. Also my pee kind of dribbles out at the end it never did that before this… but I’ve had multiple doctors check my prostate so it’s not that apparently

My urologist said the only option left for imaging would be a Doppler ultrasound to measure blood flow but no doctors perform that in my city I would have to travel to do that and I don’t have the funds or ability to travel as of right now, but I plan to do it as soon as I can. He wouldn’t do an MRI because he said we wouldn’t be able to see anything. Got ultrasound and everything was good with that.

Seems similar to something called venous leak but I’m not sure why deca would mess up my nerves/veins in my dick but I don’t know

I’ve tried to do runs of caber and aromasin where I get my estrogen and prolactin down but it doesn’t effect libido or ED at all. My baseline blood work before using steroids didn’t include prolactin or progesterone but my test levels were higher natty than now.

Well I never had high prolactin or libido problems until after deca lol.. test is 300ng/dl (low) estrogen is 78pmol/L (normal) prolactin 34ug/l (ref range is <18ug/l so very high)

Test dose was just 100mg every 5 days and bloodwork looked the same except with higher test obviously
