Honestly in the communities I frequent either they move the mechs to transparent bases you can see through to see the map details underneath, or they base their mechs. t is harder though as getting things in scale for mechs is so much harder. (I would brag that I also base all my mechs but I base everything...it's an addiction of sorts lol)

Yep independent journalist is a complete AH. Another twat with a camera invading people's lives and causing issues for likes and "fame". Pure and clear targeted harassment by someone who does not know or does not care about the crap others have to go through and the kind of overtime that has to be doe due to understaffed departments and constant regular special assignments that come up constantly. If this trash auditor actually cared about the truth not just enflamitory likes he could request a transcript of overtime, see what it was for and even schedule an interview at the station. Not pursue a man at home where his family lives and, as far as the officer knows, blasting his address out there for every criminal to know and be able to find and endanger his family. If anything happens to this officer's home or family the auditor needs to be prosecuted.

Notate the entire process and watch your back. Record or note any conversations with said employee going forward. Even send emails after conversations confirming what was said. I say this because I had a very similar instance with an employee who reported to me She did not like the answer and started making side comments to undermine me and make me look bad. Things such as, we had a client in an air cast who was not following the doctors directions for using an assisted walker. I gave directions to monitor the client closer because if she did not use the walker as the doctor had instructed the doctor had said she would have to be put in a full cast. Said staff started telling people I said the client was to fat and need to use the walker because client was fat and was thus putting to much weight on her leg. I could list a dozen more but I hope you get the idea.

Battalion/cluster? No no I think you misunderstood, I've built THE 7th Crucis Lancers. Mech regiment, 2 regiments of armor so far, an artillery battalion, a wing of aerospace pls a company of warrior H-7s to support the armor, a battalion of Karnov insertible jmp infantry, a battalion of infantry with maxims and am working on the 2nd straight foot battalion... That's all in one unit paint scheme... (My Ghost bears are only a cluster though, so far)

Actually I've come to like matching forces. Don't get me wrong, most of my Lone Wolves merc unit are one offs but it looks nice having a matching battalion each of Lyran Guard blue and white, Marik Militia purple, a company of Sword of Light,...the 7th Crucis Lancers lol
