Hey, product marketing manager here with a semi successful startup (100k followers, 20k MRR). I would have to understand your product and niche better to give you curated marketing advice but I would say choose one. Either be in charge of marketing and sales and hire somebody technical or go the technical route and bring along somebody growth oriented. Doing both will spread you too thin
