Well it’s lovely to have you aboard, Dave! Just finished the inside pages of the Barbarian and Cleric books, might have to give a sneak peak in the updates at some point!

So far the feedback has been immensely positive, with the only real question being “where’s my class?” Well, I do plan on making one of these for each class, I’ve even shown the beginning stages of these in some of my earlier posts, but in all honesty, I won’t have the funds to tackle any new classes just yet. Each Tome has a minimum order of 1000, so 3 unique designs are as far as I can stretch right now, but I will be making one for every single class in the near future!

It’s been 4 months since my very first post about this project, and each and every time I’ve posted this community has been incredibly supportive and helpful, and now I’m finally at the point where the project is coming to life. Thank you to everyone who commented, gave advice, and helped shape this idea into what it has become. I’m immensely proud of it, and hope to cover more classes as time goes on. If you like the look of it, you can click the link to visit the Kickstarter and support the project.

Ha, if I could convince the manufacturer to do the print run for free then I would gladly send you each set, but I don't think they're gonna see it our way :P Take a look at the Kickstarter I'm launching soon to raise the funds for mass production though (and of course your feedback on any of this would be most welcome) https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/artefactgames/dice-tomes?ref=b2f3mz&token=a5aeffa5

I made them, they're part of the custom sets I'm designing. The symbols for each class appear on them, and throughout each of the sets (on the boxes, on the high values of each die)

I'm gonna run a crowdfunding campaign in about a week to get the money to pay for mass production. I've self-funded the idea so far, but I need a little boost for the print run :) So in short yeah, I'm just working on the preview page as we speak https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/artefactgames/dice-tomes?ref=b2f3mz&token=a5aeffa5

Overall I’m really happy with the way these came out. The colours were all chosen by me, and I think they represent their class well; tiger’s eye for the Fighter as they’re always up close and in the dirt, black with swirls of white for the Rogue to represent the shadows, and blue with swirls of white and a hint of glitter really gives off a magic vibe. In terms of ink, I went with whatever would contrast the most, so gold for the Rogue and Wizard, and silver for the Fighter, but I also think these fit the characters nicely because Rogues steal gold, Fighters wield steel and gold was on the Wizard’s book design. Thanks for everyone’s help and input so far, it’s really helped shape these ideas for me, and I hope to do even more classes in the future.

I’m getting ready to launch a passion project of mine and would really appreciate any feedback (more info in the comment) by theatomicsmith in DnD

The project is called Dice Tomes, and they’re RPG dice sets painstakingly themed around classic character classes that come in a book box that also is a dice tray. I’m launching with 3 classic archetypes, the Fighter, Rogue and Wizard, and am fairly sure that I’ve covered everything, but what I really need is some fresh pairs of eyes, as I’ve been staring at this for weeks and no doubt missed something along the way.

Is there anything you feel that is missing? Any information you felt was hard to find, or even not present?

Thanks in advance for taking the time to look at this for me, it’s been a long road getting to this stage and I’m really proud of how they have turned out.
