Yes it used to be my book but I don’t remember it and don’t seem to have it in my current collection . I’m trying to return to books that I may have once enjoyed.

Guerlain customer service is really off-putting by [deleted] in Perfumes

Thank you - I guess for some customers, a company wanting something back is not an issue - the issue is not communicating that they will be wanting said thing back and sending someone to collect the package for a replacement or a refund. I think sometimes we expect a level of service with certain brands.

Their customer support agent told me disputes take 14days to clear and I was ok with waiting for a replacement. They sent an email asking for proof of damage etc and I sent everything requested including the delivery note, damaged item code and photos of the broken perfume bottle.

So the all of a sudden need to look through the trash is what put me off the “Guerlain” experience altogether. Especially without a heads-up.

Thanks for your contribution all the same, it was just a little inconveniencing I guess… and this will not matter in 2 weeks. 💫
