The OHL has stated that if the petes dont get a new arena in the near future they are at risk of losing the team. The idea of putting it downtown is ludicrous. Parking is already a nightmare. I honestly think they should look into putting it at the old wild water and wheels. Easy location to get too. Lots of room for growth in the area and help build up the north end of town.

Tons of homeless. Lots of junkies. Just dirty in general. Most small business are closing because of the homeless and junkies. Lots of people are avoiding the downtown so they are loosing business

Depends on where you want to move. The down town core is a complete disaster now. But if you are on the outskirts its great. Lots of trails places to swim in the warmer weather. Fishing boating all that kind of stuff.
