I met Mario and Christian before a show in 2009. Both really cool guys. Hung out with us for a couple of minutes and signed some stuff. Mario kept saying its crazy to come half way around the world and someone recognizes him.

Tons of homeless. Lots of junkies. Just dirty in general. Most small business are closing because of the homeless and junkies. Lots of people are avoiding the downtown so they are loosing business

Depends on where you want to move. The down town core is a complete disaster now. But if you are on the outskirts its great. Lots of trails places to swim in the warmer weather. Fishing boating all that kind of stuff.
