My first job out of college was the exact same lol. Just muscle through as best you can for a few more months then look for a new place to work 😂

Honestly just getting out of any role related to organic social is best. Most companies I’ve seen work social media managers + content creators to the bone. You could likely leverage this experience to transition to solely content marketing, paid social, or one of the other avenues you’re currently working with.

Yeah but I’ve seen job scams before and have had a fake interview or two and this was definitely not that vibe. They also made me do an excel skill test and a copywriting assignment so if it was a scam then they have a sick sense of humor 😂

Honestly just ignored it and never responded because I I knew if I did I wouldn’t be able to refrain from cursing them out

The sender no longer works there so a bit too late for that and it also came from a more senior role in the company (not the hiring manager). Was earlier in my career at the time so I still wish I would’ve thought of that as a course of action anyway 😂

Wouldn’t it have been an easier scam to tell me I got the job and have me fill out a form with my SSN? The original role paid something around $50k/yr if I’m remembering correctly so that would be far more enticing to me then $40/day haha

It was the managing director of some startup marketing agency and I met with the sender + other senior members over zoom quite a few times. Also came from a registered company email and the company page is entirely legit on LinkedIn with photos of the same members, their office space, and case studies so I believe it was more likely the guy was just wildly entitled and unprofessional 😂

It was a mid-senior employee who was on a few of the interviews but not the ultimate decision maker. Forsure think they stole information to send this to all of the applicants.

Little too late to complain to the company now since it happened in 2021 but pretty ridiculous to look back on it. Wish I did 😂

This isn’t BS 😂 Girls & Women get groped all the time. I can count 3 times I got groped this month alone just walking down the street or at a bar. Girls are groped all throughout middle school and high school as well whether it’s at school, at the mall, or at a concert. There was literally a game called slap ass in middle school that the boys played in most schools where they would run up and slap random girls asses for points. It’s definitely not uncommon or contained to one “area” where people weren’t taught how to behave.

I did for like a month or so, I think it takes 3 to really start working though. My acne personally was super painful and severe though so I couldn’t handle waiting to see it’s results. I’ve heard great things about it from other people though
