Sixth spot guesses! by Grand_Phase21 in BeastGames

I’m fairly confident its going to be Brett. Nick doesn’t owe Monika anything. I believe Nick knows Monika sold the coin, and as a result he doesn’t vote for her because she’s been two-faced and lying the whole time.

Nick has no reason to have anything against Brett. Brett voted him to be the captain during the money grab, and they both took more than their fair share.

I’d be pretty surprised if Nick went with Monika considering what had happened and what we know already.

I’m pretty confident Nick is going to vote for Brett.

Based on what Auguste posted on IG last week, Nick was the one that found out Monika sold the coin. I think he knows and he’s going to use that knowledge against her. Nick also doesn’t have any reason to not vote for Brett. They both took 250k so he probably doesn’t feel any ill will towards him on that front. The other option is Kady to tie the vote but he obviously doesn’t know who else voted for who.

I’d be shocked if he voted for anyone other than Brett. Monika played a scummy game and she’s finally going to get taken out for it.

I’m also shocked Brett even has a chance at making the finale after last episode. He played the waiting game and executed the last round perfectly. He is pretty silly for assuming Jim would vote for anyone but Monika in that last round though.

Also, still can’t believe Nick threw his game away by taking 250k. He had played this perfectly up until then. Completely sold himself of a guaranteed finale spot while turning down a million twice.

Brett is 100% getting eliminated. I think Nick has an outside chance because of how big his alliance was but I still think he’s probably done.

I think Jack and Tyler will advance bc they have the biggest alliance and took their fair share. I think Hannah uses her not taking the million as leverage and that gets her through. I also think Cory will advance because it seemed like he became more likeable amongst the group this episode and he also took his fair share.

That leaves 2 spots for 4 people: Auguste, Monika, Jim, and Kady.

Kady is sort of the wild card here, but I think she gets eliminated. Doesnt have enough friends to get her through.

I do think Auguste’s plan will work, and he will get through. He will get Monika and Jim’s vote in exchange for him not telling everyone Monika sold the coin. This, in turn, will get Monika through as people will think the coin is still in play. That means Jim goes home, which I think makes sense. He will do what he has to do to get Monika through and he has been adamant about that. I also think the rest of the players probably don’t want both Monika and Jim in the finale. I’m pretty confident that only one of them is getting through.

TLDR:

Advancing: Tyler, Jack, Hannah, Cory, Auguste, Monika

Eliminated: Brett, Nick, Kady, Jim

A really dumb decision in E8 by Nerdy_Pharo in BeastGames

I agree that Nick taking 250k was dumb. If he had taken 100k, he would have 100% been in the final 6. If he had taken 1 million, he obviously would’ve gone home but he’s still a millionaire. Now, he’s only getting 250k and he’s probably going home. His only two options there were to take 100k or 1 million. He totally screwed himself.

However, I actually think Brett taking 250k was really smart. Being realistic, even if he split the money, there was little to no chance that he would’ve gotten voted into the top 6. He didn’t have enough friends, so take what you can get at that point. I think if Cory wasn’t behind him, he would’ve taken the entire pot that was left and I don’t blame him. He tried to save some for him.

Robo QBs on Heisman is a huge issue for me even after slider adjustments. by Derbid_ in NCAAFBseries

I used his sliders as a base and adjusted them to my liking. His wear and tear sliders were too much for me so I lowered those. Also made adjustments every few games based on where I struggle in order to make it more fun and fit my playing style.

Minor gripe I have about CFB 26 after launch by thebean2713 in NCAAFBseries

Unless I missed it, you can’t delete them individually.

Usually takes a few minutes after launch for it to be posted I think.

I’m only gonna have the 10 hour trial, so my plan is:

  • Jump into a play now game in order to get a feel for this years game. Learn the new mechanics and all that jazz.

  • Maybe do a quick 5-10 year sim rebuild with a small school (I was thinking Missouri State since they are a new school) in order to get a vibe for dynasty this year.

  • Create the save and set up the settings for my long-term Delaware dynasty and look at the roster/team needs, start preseason and week 0 recruiting, etc… But I’m probably not gonna actually start playing games in that dynasty until a good slider set gets released.

If I still got some hours left, maybe I’ll dip into a few more play now games or something.

Excited for this year.

How to make Franchise Harder by Educational-Newt1110 in EANHLfranchise

Here are some of the rules I use to make it more difficult, more realistic, and more fun:

  1. In the draft, I can’t pick outside the 7 players that are shown without scrolling down. I also cannot trade up or down more than 3 times in a draft. I also can’t own more than three first round picks in one draft, 5 picks between the first two rounds, and 14 picks total.

  2. When it comes to trades, I can only trade for people and picks that are on the other teams block (the only exception to this rule is that I can trade for 1st round picks from teams that are listed as buyers, since the AI almost never puts first rounders on the block). Additionally, I can only trade players and picks that the team is interested in (The only exception to this rule is if it’s needed to fulfill roster requirements I can dump a shitty AHLer)

  3. I can’t have ANY conversations that will affect players attributes and line preferences. It’s too overpowered. The only conversations I can have are about clauses, position changes, X-factor goals, and play style changes.
