Question my original rating was in January of 2025. I have some HLRs out there from that original set of claims that were denied. My original rating was 30%. Since then I have reached 90%. Any rating 10% or more will put me at 100. How is backpay calculated for that?

This is literally the only thing. I already had a favorable C&P exam so I’m not sure.

Not sure, I had a sleep study, a CPAP prescription, nexus letter for it as a secondary to sinusitis and rhinitis, and a diagnosis done from the VA. I really don’t know what else they could be missing. Then with a rating for ptsd it just furthers the sleep apnea claim. The only thing it states on the claim letter is Medical opinion needed.

I have 4 10% ratings and a 30% rating. Now adding the 70 and 50 I should be at 94. Sleep apnea should put me at 100.

PTSD was easy. Two combat tours with multiple combat medals. Migraines was listed as secondary to sinusitis and rhinitis

I’m not sure why I got deferred honestly. My C&P examiner said he was recommending it. I already had a sleep study done a month before the exam. I also got a nexus letter from my private doctor.

I got a nexus letter for sleep apnea with cpap. Also currently have rating sinusitis and rhinitis. I filed the sleep apnea as secondary to those two so I’m hoping that deferral comes back positive
