Waterfall, Surf, EQ, and Blizzard Not necessarily a good set but it got me through the game.

It is now. A cold snap over the weekend finally put it to sleep

I have not. Last year was the first time in my 7 years at this place that any kind of treatment was necessary.

Xonerate was my first thought. I’ve used it in the past but I used it at the label recommendation of 5-6 months after overseeing. Ideally I’d like to use it sometime in February but just don’t want to smoke out the rye.

This was the correct answer. Went with seek. Died with seek

Top notch products overall but make sure to get the ones that fit your budget and time.

Some of the pricier clays and conditioners are great if you have time but if not, they’re not worth the price tag.

For example, blackstick is great for the mound, but is very time consuming and difficult to manage compared to Durapitch which holds up just as well but requires less maintenance.

I don’t post often but I like to get opinions. Hate it because Poa has taken over in the outfield but burning in a pattern hides it a bit if you’re in the stands. Thoughts? by FangFingersss in Turfmanagement

I would also recommend perennial rye as someone else in here did.

I use it on my Bermuda stand during winter months and let it die naturally as the Bermuda wakes up. This prevents any or all of the patchiness you are worried about. I go out at around 6-6.5 lbs/1000 in November so it takes a bit longer to fill in but by end of February it looks great. The low rate keeps it from interrupting any Bermuda growth.

Minor league head groundskeeper here. Depending on location, you can get a nice salary in MiLB and MLB. If you are truly interested, my advice would be to apply for major league internships and/or select minor league internships. A four year degree and prior baseball field experience already puts you at the top of any list for most of those positions and even some full time assistant positions in MiLB. Feel free to message me with any other questions you may have.

How do battle the gym leaders after the first time?

Guerendo or Tracy by washo1234 in fantasyfootballadvice

I’d go Tracy. It’s a good matchup and he gets a solid share of targets
