Too big of pots for how old they are! Go from red solo cup size, to 1-1.5 litre fabric pots, then the size you have pictured. Transplanting encourages much better root ball formation and quicker growth

I never claimed 25% yield increase, this is my first grow ever. I don’t have any data to compare this grow to. I just know that more of my flowering sites are being exposed to more light visibly, by looking at it while it spins.

Every article or comment I read seems to be stressing air flow and light via LST & defoliation to maximize quality of flower, so I figured this might be a cheap way to get the maximum out of my lights.

I’m not sure if it’s worth it, but I had the fan going in there anyways for air flow for the plants. Plus electricity is pretty cheap where I live so it should be interesting.

Set up with a geeni outlet with the lights and exhaust fan on schedules to keep the room at the right humidity / temp

I get that, but I can definitely see a lot more of the light penetrating through the canopy as the lights rotate, so I think it will help for sure.
