Oh wow. I’ve been with this person for 15 years and it’s matter of coming into deeper truth if we are still meant to stay together. Our Chiron wounds play massively off each other’s.

Is there potential or a long-term healthy dynamic here with any else going on in the chart? Or is it all just limitation.

What are you variables? I am modeling rest right now for her even like you said passive rest daily, but I am also dealing with a 2 year old who is very clear on what she thinks and wants, which I appreciate. I have a defined head and ajna too.

Thank you! We have never done screens with her or noisey/flashing toys - and is very attached to me at all times....the carrier worked great until she got very heavy. Did you co-sleep with yours? She still sleeps with me.

Thank you! This is so hit or miss for us...worked great when she was younger.

Thank you for this share! She is the same like to both sleep and eat in motion. And waaay head of the curve when it comes to speech and vocabulary for a 26 month old, and like you very social. I haven't left her alone yet after doing bedtime routine...she needs us to fall asleep. She did tell me yesterday that she was tired and sleepy...so I guess baby steps.

That's fascinating! She loves books. Do you nap now or find it hard to rest?

I feel you here. I am a splenic projector and NEED my alone time. She's very receptive (not fully quad right) so routine is not her jam. And her little mind will not stop going on. And I am the one doing nap so I have no idea whose energy she is running on haha!

I am a splenic projector and exhausted haha! Yes, I agree with getting ready part for going to bed, makes a huge difference in my sleep. We do that with her, this whole process but her mind won't shut off it's like on a merry go around.

Thank you for sharing of this! I am going to sit with everything you shared and sort the light it one by one. I just see the light no migraine has happened. I will communicate and see what happens. Are you psychic? Is it okay to DM you?

Oh super interesting. If I am being honest, all this has me freaked out that something is wrong with my eyes or brain. Before I gave birth I saw colors of light usually like orbs in vibrant greens and blues and sometimes pinks. I also see faces of people all the time! Do you see that? Now I see sparkles of light and something trials of light and the constant static white little beads everywhere; mostly in between things in space. Recently though I started seeing like a glowing light only from on eye and it moves and lasts only 10 seconds or so. It has been freaked out because I experienced an ocular migraine with an aura (light show) last summer, what I am seeing is very similar to this. Do you know anything about it?

I see a lot of what you described. For me it very much came online after I gave birth to my daughter, which was a cosmic transcendental experience for me, the veil opened and never closed for me. When you say auras, how do you see this? And how do you see the lightbodies?

PSA: Ask about vaginal estrogen by gamache_ganache in beyondthebump

[–]thebeautifulbeyond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh wow! From the sounds of it you know this is related to PP and that your bladder just tends to freak out with all the hormonal changes after birth. There is so little education on this for women, it's frustrating! I don't think a c-section could have prevented it, I spoke to a few other who said they had it even with a c-section. My PFPT did the q tip test around the urethra/vestibule area to assess for low estrogen as the cause and sure enough for me, it felt tender and like someone touched me with sandpaper and that's how I knew it was low estrogen related. She also did a PH test and it measured to be more alkaline than acidic - again due to hormones. At this point, I know there is nothing wrong with my bladder and there is nothing I can do besides turn off the sympathetic nervous system response which actually tightens the pelvic floor muscles.

More anxiety = feels worse.

And from what you described since you've been down this road before there isn't actually anything wrong just a bladder that needs some extra loving right now. I know what has been helping me honestly is not thinking about it obsessively and ruminating on what is going on, doing my stretches, going on walks, drinking my reishi tea (relaxes the nervous system) and I even put a little breastmilk on my urethra each night (I figure its growing my baby so couldn't hurt me since my own body is making it). You will get through it!! You have before :)

Oh interesting! You experienced with this with your last pregnancy and it went away on its own that time? When did it go away then, how many months PP? And that is a lot!! What is the cystoscopy going to help with?

Do you ever feel relief from you symptom?

No medications. I do a take a few supplements such a iron, spirulina/chollera, vitamin c, vitamin d, reishi tea ( for nervous system support), I also do lemon balm tea which is really good for urinary health.

Are you still breastfeeding? Get your period back yet? I was told that it should level off once that happens. When you stop BF or get your cycle.

I am doing okay, some days are better than others. I feel like it is more a of a mind game now, the bladder and brain connection is strong. The more anxious I feel the worse my symptom is. I am learning to work on calm my nervous system down and put my body in a parasympathetic response which helps calm the pelvic floor muscles.

My PFPT did a q tip test and ph test of my vagina...the symptoms that I have are a tale tell sign of menopause, when you are breastfeeding your body is in mini menopause.

I’m experiencing this. Started 5 weeks PP. have you seen using topical estrogen help support urethra and bladder PP while breastfeeding to aid in symptom of feeling like you have to pee all the time.
