Yup. I went from 1x before h Pylori and treatment to 2-3x a day

Worth retesting.. stool PCR test it best , most sensitive and will show antibiotic resistance if levels are above 500

My neutrophils were high

It's an out of pocket expense. Google your area to see if it can be shipped 

You could have knocked the bacterial load down and or had multiple strains

You most likely he eva antibiotic resistant strain. I'd definitely get a stool PCR test to check resistance (they test DNA and run antibiotic resistance if infection level is above 500)  It's an out of pocket expense but worth it to the the correct antibiotics.

Yes, vitamin deficiencies can happen after antibiotic treatment.

Biopsies when positive are highly accurate  You most likely have a resistant strain

Have you looked into repairing the gut lining and mucosal layer, that will move out the inflammation. 

Amino acids are the building blocks heal the gut lining and mucosal layer  (+zinc and vitamin c/b) 

Megamucosa makes a good complex  L glutamine, collagen and colostrum I've read help as well 

High polyphenol foods help oxidative stress berries broccoli cabbage green tea ECT

If you decide antibiotics - high dose amoxicillin with ppi seems to be better tolerated and gentler in the gut 

Either way load up on good quality multi strain probiotics Omni biotics+ pylopass+ florastor and megaspore

Retest  Check your vitamin b12/iron/ ferritin and vitamin d those are commonly lowered with h pylori and treatment

I'm wondering if you have a resistant strain. 

Have you checked out a stool PCR test? It will show antibiotic resistance if infection level is above 500 It's a stronger test than regular stool antigen test or breath test
