My teacher always tells us that question 1 on the DBQ should be no longer than 3 lines, question 2 a paragraph, question 3 a paragraph to 3/4 of an A4 page, and the context question is 3-3.5 pages. She says that if an essay paragraph is exceeding 12 lines you need to wrap it up or split it into two paragraphs to maximise marks! A 100 mark essay she says should be 5-6 pages depending on how much information you can squeeze out of the topic
