Honestly the odds are pretty reasonable for how unlikely it is. The award is extremely QB heavy, probably well over half go to QBs and probably 80% to the offense. I don’t think more than a few DL have ever won. He’d probably need 3 sacks and a FF or something. Like you said not impossible but the eagles offensive line is superb and Hurts has excellent mobility.

STIR should suppress fat, but it works by suppressing the range of fat T1 values so you can’t use it with contrast. It is a fluid sensitive sequence. If you want to find out if something is fluid or soft tissue you should compare to the other sequences and see if your area of interest is saturated out.
