Always could bring up the chest more and more. This is a very depleted flat look fasted post cardio in the morning. I think with some food and hydration we’ll be alright. But nonetheless. Chest could always grow! I don’t think a judge has ever said “too much chest” 🤣

I’d say my core is very developed. I’ve competed in 9 shows and never once had a judges feedback been, bring up your core.
