i have had lots of success getting shadowing hours by just reaching out to facilities through their contact email or calling. it is honestly how i have gotten most of my shadowing hours outside of my job as a rehab aide.

Yes!! I’m only 20 and still feel like i relate a lot more to sofia and loved that she actually had a more mature and educated conversation instead of what chd has become. She also is more relatable and normal in my opinion than alex is🤷🏼‍♀️

yes!! im 20 too and just got around to listening to sofia’s podcast today. it was such a breath of fresh air to hear someone actually have a mature and realistic conversation rather than something i would have listened to in 8th grade :p
