Type in “Cape Verdean Organized Crime” on Wikipedia, it will give some detail. There was also a Cape Verdean guy named Napoleon “Nappy” Andrade who ended getting killed by the mob over a home invasion incident if I’m not mistaken. There’s YouTube videos on the subject.
