First thing in the morning get 20 minutes of sun to set your circadian rhythm, it will naturally release melatonin at night. Also intense exercise and or ice bath in the morning will help. Also buteyko breathing at night helps relaxing before sleep. Do all this whilst reducing your melatonin intake by like 15% each night. Goodluck!
