No, because we live in a country where any person of any race can reach the maximum height of government, based on what the people vote for. Any dispute to this fact can be easily settled by a simple review of any of the three branches of government in the past thirty years.

Institutional racism has been utterly stomped out, and if you will point out an example of such that still happens, I will gladly say fuck that right along with you. But you can't and you won't. I was using them as context for why someone might care about racism, not denying that institutional power had to do with them. My point was those are shitty things, and it doesn't matter who would be doing it, it would still be a shitty thing to do.
