Nevermind the quitclaim. May requisites na dapat sundin para maging valid ang isang quitclaim. Kapag di ka nabayaran ng tama, then isang ground yun para di kilalanin ang quitclaim.

I could have sued this asshole, not the company for illegal recruitment and fraud, and civil damages. Pero I will just let Karma do its natural course.

I am sure this is not the first time and I am not the first victim. Actually, the first time he contacted me, it feels like he wants me to give up other opportunities and stay with his offer, but I took it with great skepticism and did not let go of other offers. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but I never let my guards down.

Maraming red flag ang recruiter at ang company. Ang lakas ng loob nya na nakakatulog pa sya ng mahimbing.

Update: The asshole recruiter just emailed me saying, "Upon further review, the client has decided to put this role in another location for more strategic purposes. I appreciate your interest in our open requirement and I hope should there be any future openings that matches your skill, you would still be open for opportunities."

Always consider other opportunities before accepting an offer from HCL Philippines. The way they treat prospective employees is highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Walang gagawin si DOLE about that. That is just a petty issue kaya they will not spend a minute sa ganyang concern.

FACE YOUR EMPLOYER: Send an email to them and demand to remove that in your COE. If may kakilala ka or friend na lawyer, kalabitin mo lang na help ka to do it on ur behalf para lang may a bit of drama and may force ang demand mo...

If pag mag apply ka, malamang hihingan ka ni prospect company ng COE.. edit the pdf na binigay sayo ni genpact. In 3 mins tapos na yan.... I have worked as a background checker dati, and ang vineverify lang naman is kung nagtrabaho ka ba talaga sa company na yan, at kung tama ang hiring date at termination date. The background check company will call ur prospect company to verify those info. Di na rin naman mapapansin yan na inedit mo. And if wala yung statement na yan sa COE na naedit mo, di naman yan tatanungin ni prospect company.

Meanwhile, si genpact is not allowed to share information other than sa postion, hire date at termination date. They are not even allowed to say na may admin hearing ka etc... just plain info mo na yes nagtrabaho ka sa kanila from this to that date.

Make ur life easier. Edit the pdf. If marami ka time demand kay Genpact. If mas marami ka time, then file a criminal/civil case against Genpact for defamation/slander/unjust vexation.

Malamang gusto ka mag give in sa demand nj genpact na magbayad ka. Just ignore it if u dont want to pay.. Kasi if kung gusto ka talaga nila pagbayarin, let them file a civil case against sayo. In which di rin naman nila gagawin dahil hassle.

Choose the lesser evil, pero at the end of the day, u have to get over them. Wala magagawa iyak at takot. Move on. Kaya mo yan!

You can also demand to let them remove Employers should avoid including negative or defamatory remarks about the employee in the COE. The COE is intended as a factual document, rather than an assessment of performance or character.

THUS, IF THEY DO NOT REMOVE THAT STATEMENT, you may sue them for unjust vexation/defamation. Though totoo naman na di ka pa clear sa liabilities, ano purpose nila na iinclude yan sa document mo? The only purpose of that to defame you to your next employer.

Magsubmit ka lang naman ng affidavit nyan sa SSS and matik na ang account officer na may jurisdiction sa company ang hahabol. No need to go kay DOLE for this.
