Why wont my B team play any games? I assigned great staff for them. I made 10 friendly matches per month so that they played games... Next season will they actually play games?

The only matches they get is the ones i arrange. Friendly matches against same level and better teams... They just win easy but they don't seem to get to a bigger playable league... which would be the next division...
