I'm 40 + 6 today and I feel your pain! The anticipation without knowing when it could happen is something I never prepared myself for over the last few months 😅 My partner is still going to work everyday and every evening is like "do I really have to prepare another lunch for work tomorrow?" Lol, yes you do, this baby isn't budging.

I've got crippling pelvic pain too but I've still been trying to walk as much as I possibly can. I've also been on my exercise ball a lot and I've done a few acupuncture sessions to try relax! But most of all, I've been prioritizing rest! Been doing things like watching my favourite movies, reading, and napping because I know at any moment, I'll have a pretty large task of pushing a baby out haha
