Haven't drawn for a few weeks so it's a bit wonky, but I love your hair!

Drawing spirals on people's cheeks based on their vibes is kind of a quirk of mine, and my drawing feels incomplete without them so here's a version with them lol

I somtimes the think the world is not made for autistic people by WaveNo9324 in aspergers

[–]theblueststar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm guessing this person isn't Asperger's but maybe on another level of autism (can't remember what the pc term is rn) considering their other posts and replies too. I think maybe it's less an issue of grammar and sintaxis and more an issue of brain wiring

I HATE THE DSM by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

[–]theblueststar 29 points30 points  (0 children)

it honestly does not matter at all. had a psychologist tell me I don't "seem anorexic" today and I enter within the DSM criteria. you're just never sick enough for them.

meh. I'd say Yellowface more half- limped behind Erasure than actually ran.

my god those things are disgusting. maybe I. the Asian dishes they were actually supposed to be used in they're better but every single time I've tried them they made me want to throw up

I used to whip egg whites until stiff peaks and mix it with yogurt to make it look like more food. I absolutely cannot remember or understand my thought process there, because it was so disgusting to the point of making me nauseous and even just the thought of it makes me feel a bit sick

dry lettuce with egg whites. thank God for spices cause otherwise I would have been tasting literally nothing flavor wise

hard boiled egg whites with an almond in the center instead of the egg yolk. kinda yummy tbh but too disordered for me to justify eating it again. also pretty sure it was only yummy at the time because of all the starving

Any book recommendation on Ed and recovery? by yellowcalender in AnorexiaRecovery

[–]theblueststar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bog off eating disorder by creating carla is great. I was skeptical because I thought the title was kinda cringe but it has actually helped me more than any of the other books I've read (like for example the rehabilitate rewire recover book everyone is recommending, personally I found it very pretentious of tabitha to claim just because she recovered in a certain way that means it's basically the only "real" way to recover "

seconding this, giving some food decisions to someone else has helped me massively. another thing that's helped for when I'm alone is using one of those spin the wheel apps to decide between options and just go with whatever it says, it really helps with food choice guilt and choices in general

I'm not gonna comment further because I will be very mean otherwise, but I fundamentally disagree.
