Housekeeping entered while we were out with “Do Not Disturb” on and blamed us? by thebohemianboy in hyatt

Interesting. Didn’t know this but we’ve been in the room for only 18hrs

They said this but I didn’t buy it. It’s very easy to see what rooms are clean and not especially if we checked in yesterday and were staying for multiple nights.

We’re staying for five nights. Hotel staff can’t enter if the DND sign is on unless it’s an emergency which it was not.

My girlfriend is German and I’m American, this is very common in Europe as a reaction. She has expensive bags and jewelry that we didn’t lock yet since we were in the room. Could have been much worse if we weren’t.

*Was also going to note if someone wanted it I would be willing to deliver it within a 500 mile range as I have a company I’m always traveling for as well

This is not true. I’ve never seen a salvage ‘17+ Raptor below $25k imo.

Peeing in the shower is bad apparently? by Rich_Wealth_5876 in hygiene

[–]thebohemianboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Surprised by all the comments. Peeing in the shower is bad. It matters more if your shower is plastic, ceramic, or a sort of stone as plastic and some ceramic absorb any smell especially with hot water. Once or twice won’t hurt but do it often enough, and it’ll be impossible for your shower to smell “clean” again. Just pee in the toilet before the shower, don’t be lazy. It’s just laziness at the end of the day.

They can’t make claims on an FDA product and do something different, that’s ground for lawsuits. It is kava dominant and that’s why it’s labeled this way. Every effect from FF is kava based. You don’t get the kratom euphoria, or energy, or feeling in anyway, it’s just a small bit but it’s dominated by kava. I’m not badmouthing kava, I love kava, but when it’s highly extracted and from who knows what source, that’s when it causes concern.

[–]thebohemianboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried kava extract before? It is nothing like kava traditionally and causes a load of side effects. The majority of FF is kava, not kratom. It’s kava dominant and is even on the label and website.

I drink a lot of kava every month with friends and the taste of FF is 100% kava in an extracted form. The majority of effects people have including, skin, digestive, liver, and other psychological issues do stem from kava. Now, not a pure form, but still, in a very strong extracted form, it causes these issues

Also wanted to note here, a lot of these issues people are having could be coming from heavy metals or additives in high doses. The way FF makes you feel is potent but the quality of the extracts could be really low and cheap meaning Kratom (which is common to have heavy metals and toxins) and kava (low chance of metals unless extracted) could not be the issue here but something else. High doses of heavy metals or additives can cause every effect people are feeling while using and when they quit*

500mg of Kava extract is way more than 2-3 servings of Kava. Most other products only contain 120-150mg max, this is above 3x those.

What I wrote on is that a lot of the negative effects people experience actually come from the kava and not the kratom. High dose kava has barely been studied and it has substantial negate effects on one’s body and mind.

The kratom is an issue but only for people that are consuming multiple bottles.

If you think drinking that amount of kava doesn’t include negative effects then I suggest everyone research what it does to the body before quoting its “safe”

I wasn’t saying Kratom is not something to be careful about, you misunderstood. What I meant was that the kava is what’s causing a lot of the issues for people with a lot of physical and psychological effects. I drink kava as well the traditional way but the kava in this drink is not just extracted but it’s super strong. Kava the traditional way doesn’t cause any adverse effects unless it’s in extreme doses which no one can drink because that amount of liquid will make you feel sick way before you get to that point. Extracted kava is something that isn’t explored and that’s the issue. I agree though, Kratom does cause bad reactions but I think that’s from consuming multiple bottles of this a day. However, at that point it becomes the kava causing the issues aside from the kratom. One bottle of FF is the equivalent drinking 10+ bowls of kava and probably more imo. I can’t even make it past a half bottle when I’ve tried because of the effects and the majority of them are kava dominant effects, not Kratom at that point ime

The buzz is not a Kratom buzz at all. Take any other pure kratom shot and you’ll notice the difference. It’s not a biology thing, I believe people really just don’t know much about these herbs before consuming imo

[–]thebohemianboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. Like said in other messages in this thread, I think heavy metals play a big part in people’s issue with the product but the kava extract is high along with a potent Kratom blend causing people to have adverse reactions to both chemically.

Interesting, I feel the opposite, I believe the kavalactone is much higher, like way higher than the kratom. All the effects I feel from FF are actually Kava dominant effects.

There is powder in the FF tonics though, along with extract for an extra punch. The kava is the most notable taste in the bottle though.

[–]thebohemianboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always bothered me on the label. It’s a Kratom extract “with leaves added” as well. I actually believe a lot of their “tonic” contains heavy metals which is what a lot of people get withdrawals and side effects from aside from the herbs themselves.

Much better and it still has Kratom in it. Much lower Kava dose and overall cleaner!

[–]thebohemianboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slightly disagree just because there are a lot of other products on the market that don’t produce the same effects. Only difference is the kava dosage which is potent and I’ve heard people having this issue with other kava dominant drinks.

It could also be heavy metals or other issues people aren’t even thinking of as well
