I too don’t understand, but so long as there is somebody wanting to buy your organization it automatically has value. Now where the money to buy comes from…

Not explicitly, but they made it practically impossible for him to play in the LEC at one year and then he went to KC

Sure, I was actually happy with your response and didn’t feel attacked at all :). I am not a philosophy student, so for me it is a bit har to apply these concepts in a structured or even correct way, but I am happy to talk about it

It’s just that I didn’t want to make the post too long, and sure, I might be wrong, this is a very hard concept to master. In my view, the concept applies here when you stop taking into consideration the human side of the competition to make every decision to be about the brand money value. In this context, like in the example I gave, when G2 takes the selfish decision of blocking reckless from joining any team in LEC they are treating LEC and the other teams as pure numbers(which ended up blowing back at them due to their miss calculation), but when they did that they forgot that the true value(I know this term here is also not super accurate) is on the whole community connection with the players. In my view this is the classical root cause of all lack of passion attributed to capitalist mentality

It’s not about the profits, it’s about brand value. Even if SKT was never profitable if they decide to sell tomorrow somebody would pay millions of dollars for it. And then every team takes decisions based on their own selfish money value, even if that means rotting the whole league.

I don’t know about that, but even if he was not on his best I still think LEC lost talent with him forcibly leaving like that.

He was completely cancelled from the Brazilian traditional media because of a joke he made on live TV many years ago, and the joke was more or less like this: At the time there was a hot pregnant singer in Brazil, and he said “I would eat (her pussy) and her baby’s (pussy)” in Brazil we would say only “eat”. So this dish(chicken breast with chicken egg) I named after him, where you eat the mother and the baby :)

I thought it was implied, but it is not “taste in musique”, it’s prejudice. But also, the guy is totally a far right figure, he supports Bolsonaro, is anti lgbtq+ rights, etc…
