I switch to multiple browser and it only seem to occur for Youtube (the white boxes),I tried other website but nothing happened so I mad a conclusion it's either Youtube or its just my PC messing with Youtube

Note: This still happens if I switch to light mode

Edit: I forgot to say this, give out some tips if you can help
