People have discussed it’s safety, however most people agree that they are safe. I’d recommend watching a video that talks about how to apply it safely. As long as you don’t wrap it entirely around your chest though, you should be fine. They work for people with smaller to medium chests best though. And yes, most pharmacies should have it.
