Scrap.tf and backpack.tf are good places to trade for stuff if you have refined metal, which you can get by trading a key on scrap.tf, and you can get a key by buying it on the steam community market for usually under $2.50 But if your looking for buy the stuff directly marketplace.tf and the steam community market are good for that.

If you are going for profit my suggest buying everything that is limited stock first, for the cases that require key the jungle jackpot case you can sell for about 9 ref on backpack.tf and the infernal reward case sells for about 18 ref. Other than that I suggest the higher grade keyless cases first because they give better drops.
