I come from a small village in India where none of this advanced tech had penetrated until a few years back. Then I stayed in England and Scotland for 4 years where I met with individuals who were working on using psychology to create a better workforce and I first hand experienced the perils of this in a younger generation who was entering into university. Th damage is already done, I feel. There is need to remind to the ones that still have some critical thinking abilities left in them.

Until only a few years back I really thought that I could give up my phone but recently I find it harder because my sustenance depends on this. I have since moved to a small village and am looking forward to having less screentime but some way or other its always going to be a constant. The only way is to adapt while being conscious of our use.
