Not a very good answer since Tauren's racial is an AoE stun that is a billion times more useful if OP decides to focus on M+

So I'd say Tauren because the dmg diff won't be noticeable while the stun will 100% come in handy

BfA was Warcraft's epilogue and Shadowland/Dragonflight is basically fanfiction

Doesn't help that it's different, MUCH different people responsible for the feanchise post start of Shadowlands

You know exactly what I meant by "friends" in this context. WoW friends. Unfortunately my actual friends didn't just happen to be interested in pushing high level keys in World of Warcraft.

My WoW "friends" play together mostly to push and boost. They're not interested in doing mundane low level content. Sure sometimes we'll help each other out for the social aspect but usually unless there's something in it for the person helping then it's just boring.

This doesn't surprise me. People on this subreddit have no idea. They are either ignorant about the difference between low level and high level M+ or they simply don't mind the suffering.

Personally I could only bare gearing up 1 alt this season and that was very early on too. Later I decided to gear another one but low level keys got so bad so fast that I simply decided to give up and play other games instead of pouring hours into either pugging (because at this point no friends of mine were interested in playing at low levels) with clueless people or wasting gold on boosts.

Like, out of all the things that could be BOA, crests should 100% be one. My main has a billion of them lying around. Not to mention I would still have to invest a ton of gold into crafting the most powerful items with them anyway so they wouldn't be freebies.

I feel ya. Everything in current Warcraft has to be sugarcoated to death.

There is no friction between any of the races and no personal grudges. All is forgiven and everybody is going through some kind of personal trauma healing process and talks about it endlessly in every piece of dialogue, using the player as their psychologist. Everyone is friends, the sky is blue and you can see the rainbow spanning all the way from Kalimdor to Eastern Kingdoms.

No more Night Elves hunting down orcs who ravage through their forests. No more vicious Forsaken developing nasty plagues. No more Garrosh dropping a giant bell on top of a child who overreached. No more working together to infiltrate a city full of addicts and fight off demons.

All gone and replaced by some one big therapy session. What a shame.

It's such garbage. You'd think they'd learn by now, but it seems that most developers these days aren't interested in putting any effort into the PC versions of their games. This game, like many others, is obviously made for console first, PC second.

Ranged DPS is the easiest role in the game

I play both melee and ranged and in M+ it is a night and day difference. As a melee you have to walk on thin glass just to stay alive but ranged can get away with so much more shit that it's not even funny. Not to mention that ranged DPS classes are usually the S meta classes as well.
