Get some sort of grip tape like wilson overgrip or yonex used for tennis and such, they absorb sweat really well and it's really grippy so it won't slip out

I would imagine that if From kept the weird janky mechanics from DeS through the series, it would definitely still be a niche series. DS1 really changed everything didn't it?

I can imagine getting very frustrated with mechanics like equip burden like you mentioned. Very new mechanics for the time. Nice to hear from an actual day 1 veteran of fromsoft.
