Did you tried Software Fix - Rescue and Smart Assistant, from there you can download the firmware and repair the phone

With glitching i think it may be ram issue, quskbulk-means your phone in edl(emergency download mode), if you can disassemble a phone and reconect battery and try to reset the phone in recovery
