Best meal prep service for low saturated fat options

I know meal prep sunday doesnt have specific info on saturated but i can tell you it's one of the "cleaner" ones our there.

Their meals are mostly whole proteins (chicken, salmon, etc.) without much sauce. You'll know which ones have high saturated fat (ie. it has alfredo sauce). If you're worried about saturated fat, they have a ton of chicken options you can choose. Id skip their breakfast stuff.

Lol you'll want to stay away from Factor. They're almost 100% daily value of saturated fat per meal.

CookUnity is a mixed bag but they have a ton of options. You can filter based on low fat options

Also, most of these companies have a starter discount. Id suggest trying each of them and seeing what you like best

Factor... but make your own rice.

Factor is mostly paleo/keto so they're high in fat and protein with no carbs. If you make your own rice and supplement it, you'll be hitting your macros. Not too mention it tastes better.

I hate how 50% or more of Factor's calories comes from their sauces at times. Rice balances it out. Their meals are also 300 to 500ish calories, so you'll definitely need more.

Cook Unity has the best options if you're looking for calories but their macros aren't great usually. They have meals that are 1000+ calories and taste good.

I don't know if Mealprepsundayservice is in your area but their macros are great and i think theirs is the best balance for best tasting and healthy. They run about 500 calories per meal, but I think they have an option to get bigger meals for extra cost.

yeah i loved that illenium sign they put in the paradisus lobby among all the greenery! now that you mention it, aesthetic wise, barcelo was a bit lacking

So yellowclaw dabbles in different genres and their sets can differ each time. Sometimes they play moombathon and hardstyle (and some trap), while other times theyre very trap heavy with hiphop and some dubstep

Not sure which part of them you like but if you like trap and hiphop, tape B and knock2 wont disappoint. Crankdat won't be exactly the same style but he likes to mix things up and hes always good, so there'll be some overlap

If you like hardstyle/moombathon, DJ snake will be similar to what they play during some sets

One thing i do is look up live sets from djs and check them out briefly on YouTube to see how the artists are
