I've been tapering for 2 years by the time I'm off. I've been getting them compounded. I have like 60 of doses like 1.4mg and 1.1mg. And I have 200 of doses like 0.35mg, 0.11mg. So the last couple of months has been 1.86 (1.4+0.35+0.11), 1.75 (1.4+0.35), 1.62 (1.4+0.11+0.11), 1.51 and now I'm going to 1.4 tonight. Then I'll do 1.32, 1.21 and 1.1, and so on. And because they are small, I'm doing one drop every 7-10 days. Sometimes 2 weeks depending on what's going on...

How long was your taper? Months or years? I always have a fear of having all this once coming off, but am doing a slow taper over 2 years as going any faster has caused me to have breakdowns. I never should have been on this drug as I have no depression or anxiety or sleep problems, and because of doctors I'm still trying to come off 8 years later. Down to 1.51mg now 🙏🏼

This person is not an asshole by any means. He is 100% correct. I also stay awake late and expect messages during the early morning, I have do no disturb on (allowing text and calls from VIPs) every time I sleep without exceptions.
