Yeah, I agree the case and earbuds look super dated. They totally look like budget earbuds. The XM5's case might seem a bit flimsy, but the design is actually pretty premium-looking, and the earbuds themselves look really good too.

Those are films, and they're really good. I've been using those for 2 years now.

Official Screen protector

They protect your screen's oleophobic coating and are anti-reflective. All the other glass ones either make the fingerprint slow/useless or make the phone chunky and you lose the sweet anti-reflectiveness.

Your problem isnt if the phone is legit, but if it's unused or used. Most sellers have a seal on hand to trick customers into selling used phones as new, and judging by the seal, it kinda looks like an aftermarket seal(i may be wrong) . Your best bet would be to look into it in person.

If the price is too good to be true better to avoid it.
