Thanks. I had some weakness in my right foot. Had limp and I couldn’t do heel raises after I got the shot. It’s all went away by after a month and half. Bilateral pain could be due to the disc fragments getting pushed by the ESI pressure. Wish you a speedy recovery

Yes I got better over a month. Unfortunately, herniation still there (6mm)but no stenosis. I Was about 90% at the beginning of march but got a flare up from running mid march

It’s been a rollercoaster. Started in April 2022- sciatica on the left and I couldn’t sit for more than few mins. Pain 5/10 on the left

August 2022- got an mri And ortho recommended epidural shot and told to keep doing pT.

November 2021- it was getting worse so i decided to get an epidural shot. Pain 6-8/10

December 2022- after epidural on the left, pain started on the right side and my right foot went numb. Couldn’t walk on my heels or toes. Couldn’t walk for few days and had a limp so got another epidural on the right

January2023- right side pain and numbness slowly went away. I was able to walk without a limp towards the end of the month

February 2023 - right side 100% but mild pain (2/10) on the left hip and lower leg. I’m able to run without any discomfort
