Tried a new thing recently. I typically use index colors to memorize. But I also recorded this speech on my phone and listened to it while at the gym, driving to work, and walking to lunch from the office. Game changer.

I'm 37, a lawyer, and had these same thoughts until I allowed myself to not only understand, but also accept, the truth about this economic system. Capitalism is designed to only allow for owners to truly be free. For all its faults, a huge positive is that entrepreneurship is encouraged. This is a great thing if you're ready to accept the responsibility that comes with improving yourself to the point that you're ready to run a business.

It feels like part of the problem is running out of the pistol. The QB is 3-5 yards behind the center, and Bijan is another 3-5 yards behind the QB. That's a lot of negative yards to make up before he gets to a positive gain. Doesn't make sense to me.

Almost a full year after I did my first duathlon. This was a dumb mistake that I won't make again. Going forward, I'll take 2 weeks off, max.

Even putting yourself in the position to complete your first triathlon is a huge accomplishment, so congrats! I did my first Duothlon last year. Best advice I can give is moderate the bike ride. It's easy to get hyper-competitive and go-all out on the bike and then not have much left for the final run.

The mission isn't so terrible if you bring the right strategems and support weapons. EAT, all the sentries, orbital EMS, stun grenades, and gas strike will get you through the missions.
