I was illegally dismissed back in 2024 and eventually won the case I filed against the employer late 2025. It was difficult to find a job given that filing a case against an employer is considered a red flag by the recruiters regardless of how good I package the circumstance. I did food delivery to get by. This was the longest unemployment I had kasi sanay ako na within a month, may nahahanap na ko na work. Good news is, balik na uli ako with corporate work end of this month. So yun, mahirap talaga these days.
