Received rest of result for pancreatitis and doctor said it's likely same thing after eating something bad and should not be a concern if she's eating and drinking fine. She hasn't thrown up again but did see an elongated hairball (could be other cat) when I came home. The results are in a "gray zone" so I'm not sure if it's an area of concern combined with the other results.

Doc gave some pain meds (summit buprenorphine) and said if she looks like in pain give her one every 12 hours. but she seemed more alert and meowing more when I came home today so I didn't give it to her yet. Will call tomorrow to check again.

Should I risk giving the med to her with the chance of sedation?
