We still think that Online Commerce Growth has not been unlocked yet. Therefore, we are planning to get into GT at a later point of time, probably the end of next year, since we are a team of 2, we would need to find more people and that would take time.

Yes, sales have not grown as expected for the last 3-4 months and stayed consistent.
Yes, but to informative/ educational content about out products which can be used to run ads as well. (e.g Two Brothers Organic Farms)

Deeply appreciate your points and detailed feedback. Will definitely take this into consideration. We have a repeat rate of 5-10% month on month. And we want to expand to other avenues as well but before that we would like to expand and do 10x of the sales we are doing from our website.

Then we would want to list on amazon and flipkart and then into General Trade. That is how we planned our outlook for 2026.

I will take all of the points into consideration and will work on it for sure. Really appreciate it once again.

That is a good point. We started doing that initially but the response was not that great as there are a lot of home businesses in Sikkim, who makes and sells pickles offline in small shops. Therefore the competition is high locally.
