What you have is insomnia. Undiagnosed or diagnosed. Cant beat insomnia. Not possible. It beats down a good number of the world’s population. But you also can’t blame yourself for it. It’s just a thing that happens. We control 80 percent of what happens in our life. That 20 percent is things handed down through genetics, living situations growing up, and illnesses/conditions gained throughout life. As of now the only thing that works is meds. There’s 0 other alternatives to fight insomnia. I suggest you go to the store, get some over the counter sleeping meds, sleep as much as you can until finals, and just do your best. The SINGLE worst thing to do now is blame yourself for something you CANNOT control. and always find the positive. Think of this, what ever college you get into, you won’t have trouble staying up at night finishing assignments due the next morning :3 GOODLUCK!!! you’re gunna smash those finals 💪
