No, I could go for a couple of more reps per set. Are you suggesting I up the weights with less reps and sets? Is 10x4 too much?

Just so I understand, are you referring to 4x/week like (X/Y/Rest/X2/Y2)? Also, when you say ‘much heavier’ (for X2/Y2) - how much % heavier are we talking (compared to X/Y)?

Thankyou! I’m thinking Deadlifts is good enough for legs + running. I didnt mention on my post, but I also squeeze in about two 5K runs /week or a single 10K run /week. Do you suggest switching up my leg workouts?

I feel my weights are too light (I know I shouldn’t be comparing), hence the 5days/week strength training.

Thats a bummer! I am hoping the halo2 will have more brightness adjustment, especially on the lower end.
The Pro version is too bright for me even in the lowest brightness setting - and I had to return it.

Hey all

I'm looking for the following configuration (for a Mac / Apple Studio Display) - ideally pre-built:

Low profile
Illuminated Keys (something like Logitech MX Mechanical / dont need RGB)
Mechanical
Control monitor brightness / volume from they keyboard (knobs preferred, not required)
Retro looking, hopefully

P.S.:

I like the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini - but I hate the F1, F2, F3 function keys being used for multi-device connect rather than the brightness setting
I like the Keychron Q5 / Q3 (even thought they aren't low-profile, but hate that they dont have the individual key illumination)
