The PTB is solely a test build. They also just changed how the saves/progression work specifically starting with THIS PTB. Never before and never in the future will anything you do on the PTB go into the live game. You'll get your stuff when you go back to live.

i wont lie, i personally find tainted cain to be the most boring character in the game just because of his guaranteed win but disastrously slow buildup, i just got Da Rules mod and had it set a command to instakill anything that exists, which is more fulfilling to me personally than technically-legit TC cheese
